Lead Consultant & Contract Administration
Heritage Surveys act as lead consultants on a variety of schemes from inception to completion, covering all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work. We have a wide experience acting as Contract Administrators on projects up to £6m.
Our services include:
- Carry out feasibility studies
- Cost planning / consultancy including pre-tender estimates
- Preparation of full design and specification, including detailed schedule of works and drawings
- Manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary design team
- Chair and manage design team and formal site meetings
- Act as Contract Administrator / Project Manager / Employer's Agent as appropriate and in accordance with a variety of Contract forms (JCT & NEC)
