Heritage Surveys was appointed to act as lead project managers and contract administrators for the refurbishment of the fine interiors to Lancaster House (grade I), London.

The project involved liaison with Historic England and obtaining relevant statutory consents for this important grade I listed building. Works involved repairs to gilded mouldings, including reguilding (oil and water methods) and new fabric interiors as well as repairs to the rare scagliolia features.
